1983-86. The headstones were recorded from the graveyards at Drumcooley, Ballinakill, Ballymacwilliam, Castro Petre, the Society of Friends and Shean.
1989. Sean McBride, winner of the Noble Peace Prize unveiled a monument to the Wexford rebels, Rev Mogue Kearns and Col Anthony Perry at the site of the execution in Blundell Wood in 1798.
1991. ‘Edenderry Then and Now’ was published which listed all the graves that the society had recorded.
1994. The President Mary Robinson came to Edenderry at the invitation of the society. A series of plaques of the historical sites in Edenderry where placed around Edenderry.
1998. For the Bi-Centennary of the 1798 Rebellion commemerations are organised by the society.
2000. 'The history of Edenderry', a pamphlet was written by Mairead Evans and Noel Whelan.
2003. 'Safe Harbour' a booklet on the Grand canal at Edenderry was written by Mairead Evans and Therese Abbott.
